Google made just over $12.3 billion in 2011 according to its latest earnings report. Amazing. Who knew advertising could be so profitable? 

Google is provisioning little less than $2.6 billion for taxes, a 21% income tax rate. That is still more than what Romney is apparently paying, but much less than the headline 35% corporate tax rate. I guess only small business owners pay tax at that rate.
